How do you tell if you're meant to be simply a connoisseur of fantasy fiction or a creator? Does the muse have to kidnap you, hold you hostage until all those great ideas running around your head are on paper and out there for the world to see? What happens if you don't have all those great ideas running around your head, just waiting to spill out? Are you meant to simply read and enjoy and appreciate and geek over it with your friends? Will the tiny little voice in your head who keeps muttering about how great it would be to tell a fantastical story, to be independent, to spend your time creating something instead of pushing paper or people around, ever get strong enough?
